Hilton Bournemouth

What a wonderful stay! Jen and Joe welcomed us with a beautiful smile and made check in super fast. Special thanks to Alessia, who helped with all quiries during our stay and made sure we felt at home the whole time Reka at the restaurant was also super sweet and attentive. Everything we needed was provided. The spa was also quite spacious and to our luck pretty empty so that was a bonus. Breakfast could be a little more inclusive as its pretty straight forward. Coffee tasted bitter. Everything else was on point!

We stayed at the Hilton Hotel Bournemouth from 21st December to 23rd December and had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Kian for his fantastic customer service he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and welcoming. Kian is truly a credit to the Hilton brand and a genuine asset to the hotel. I would happily return based on the service we received. The breakfast and food in the restaurant were very good! The children especially enjoyed the pool ! Thank you and hopefully see you again next year.

I had the most amazing Christmas here this year All the staff were attentive, friendly, fun to talk to and upmost proficient at all times 24hrs a day. The facilities were superb and spotlessly clean every day. I had access to as many towels and robes as I wanted. The relaxation lounge offered free use of their range of products testers which are so luxurious. The brand is Elemis, absolutely top shelf Room service was available throughout at a cost of £5. Again service was excellent Christmas lunch was unbelievably amazing. The choice was huge, the displays were a work of art and the atmosphere was beautifully festive. My overall dining experience was staffed by some of the most nicest people you're ever likely to meet. All of whom were managed by the delightful Kian The entire operation was executed like a military operation that flowed with unlimited glasses of bubbley The car park arrangement has been hugely improved over the past months too. Well lit, spacious and at a very good overnight rate of just £13.50 I can't recommend The Hilton hotel for comfort and value highly enough. See you all again soon!

I recently stayed at the Hilton and had a really good experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around the area, and the spa was a nice bonus for unwinding after a long day. The standout part of my stay was the service from the staff. Upon returning home, I brought up a concern, and Kat, the reception manager, addressed it quickly and professionally. Her prompt response showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, I was impressed with the comfort and hospitality at the Hilton. I’ll definitely be back for future stays, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a solid place to stay.

Had a great stay, good service, good breakfast selection and nice restaurant. Pool and gym had good facilities and kept clean. Large secure Carpark with AC charging for EVs. Only criticism for which it loses a star is the bed mattress was rather uncomfortable and could do with being replaced.

The hotel is beautiful - clean rooms house keeping every day attended for cleaning, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, customer service was excellent especially Kion made us feel better with his smile and chat. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good location and nice rooms. The five stars are for Olivia on reception who was amazing both when I phoned to arrange things before our stay and also in person, dealing with our slightly mixed up billing for three rooms. She even arranged a later checkout so we could enjoy the spa on my daughter’s birthday. Super kind and incredible service.

Absolutely incredible experience. Huge thank you to Olivia on reception who created the most OUTSTANDING WELCOME!! Even with the busy time of year and lots of people queuing, Olivia took care and was incredibly kind when checking us in and supporting us. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!!
